Delete your data

This page is the official data deletion instruction page for Just Yuli. It is written so that you can delete everything yourself, without having to ask us for permission.
Almost everything Yuli knows is on your phone alone. So the short way to delete everything is to delete the app — and what is left with us is a small account record, which one e-mail deletes too.
1. All the content on the phone — delete the app
The messages she read, the summaries, mail, the calendar and reminders, the shopping list, the contacts you tagged, what she learned about you, documents, reports, recordings, settings and the technical log — all of it is kept in an encrypted database on the phone, and only there.
Deleting the app (long-press the icon → Uninstall, or Android Settings → Apps → Yuli → Uninstall) deletes all of it along with it. We have no copy, and there is no way to restore it.
Want to delete things without removing the app? You can, inside it: a calendar item, a reminder, a note or a memory — each is deleted where it sits; and Settings → Memory clears what she learned about you.
2. Your account with us (Supabase)
What is kept with us is only this: an account id and e-mail address, the device id and model, the app version, daily usage numbers, subscription details, problem reports you sent yourself, and a redacted technical log if you turned sharing on. Messages, mail, calendar, contacts, memories or any other content of yours are never stored there.
To delete the account and everything kept about it:
- Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the account's e-mail address.
- Put Delete account in the subject.
- We will confirm the request and delete everything within 30 days, and tell you by e-mail when it is done.
Deleting the account does not delete what is on the phone — delete the app for that (section 1) — and deleting the app does not delete the account. Do both so that nothing is left.
3. The shared technical log
The technical log is sent only if you turned on the switch Settings → Help → "share the technical log", and every personal detail is removed from it on the phone before it goes. Turning the switch off stops the sending immediately. Every technical log is deleted automatically after 14 days, with nothing for you to do; if you want it deleted now, ask by e-mail as in section 2.
4. A Facebook and Instagram page
If you connected a page, what is stored on the phone is an access token only. Settings → Connections → Facebook / Instagram page → Disconnect deletes it from the phone. You can also remove the permission at Meta itself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Just Yuli → Remove. We do not keep comments, messages or content from the page anywhere outside your phone.
5. Gmail, Google Calendar and the Drive backup
- Disconnect Gmail: Settings → Connections → Gmail → Disconnect. To remove it fully at Google too: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Just Yuli → Remove access.
- The backup file sits in your own Drive, in a hidden app folder, and is encrypted with a key that only you hold — neither we nor Google can open it. To delete it: Drive → Settings → Manage apps → Yuli → Delete hidden app data.
- Reports you asked to be saved to Drive are in the folder "יולי - דוחות" — delete it like any folder.
6. With the service providers
The text sent in order to understand and answer (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Android speech recognition) is kept by them for short periods under their own policies, and is not linked to your account with us. We cannot delete it on your behalf, but you may approach them directly.
A question, or a request that went unanswered
[email protected] — we answer every deletion enquiry. If you are not answered, you may approach the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
